I’m Kim Danger, your Team Beachbody Coach. Now that March is here and weather is starting to get warmer, you may be thinking about what you can do to give your life a fresh start. The thing is, most people know what they need to do, they just don’t do it.
Get up 15 minutes earlier.
Eat more vegetables.
Call their mom/dad/sister/best friend.
Apologize to someone.
Make that doctor’s appointment.
Look for a new job.
Stop drinking so much.
Floss their teeth.
Tell someone they love them.
Life gets a lot less stressful when you stop talking yourself out of things you need to do and actually DO them. It’s a pretty simple concept. So, why is putting it into practice so hard? We overthink. We fall back into our comfort zones. We get STUCK. This week, I challenge you do to something you need to do- something you’ve been putting off or avoiding, or something simple that could really improve your life. Something big, or something small. Doing it will take a weight off your shoulders and give you the momentum to start doing more things you’ve been putting off. I have some opportunities below to help you on your journey.
